United Against Malaria billboard Equatorial Guinea

Billboards are an effective yet simple way to promote malaria control in endemic countries. This one in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea, features the popular footballer Rudolfo Bodipo, who counsels fans to participate in indoor residual spraying campaigns twice a year, sleep under an insecticide-treated net every night, and vist a health center when sick. This billboard was erected during the 2012 Africa Cup of Nations, with support from Marathon Oil.
