  • TV documentary encouraging testing for malaria in Ghana

The 180 seconds TV Documentary which featured the leadership of the Ghana Health Service and the National Malaria Control Program was produced to encourage prescribers adhere to the WHO Test Treat and Track protocols. RDT Kits at community level facilities and local pharmacies hold the key to making testing widely available most of the time, as less than half of the Laboratories in Ghana were open 7 days a week; only one third were open 24 hours a day, leaving many patients without access to diagnostic services when they might need them.
